Event Description

Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial art and exercise. It combines breathing timed to movement carried out in a slow and fluid manner. Tai chi can be helpful of improving flexibility, coordination, balance and for stress relief. Join the Arlington Heights School of Martial Arts for this Intermediate-level, all ages, all abilities class. Need not participate in Beginning Tai Chi to register for the Intermediate class.

Must register to participate in this live program, which will be held on Zoom. Only one registration required per device logging in. You will receive a link to participate by email one day prior to the event.
