Purchase Illinois 2023 license plate stickers at the library’s Checkout Desk at the Checkout Desk, until ½ hour before closing. You will need: 

  • Your Illinois Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice, current registration card, or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 
  • Your current driver's license and license

Register to vote at the Info Desk. Registrations are not taken in the 28 days before an election.

To register, you must be:

  • A U.S. citizen
  • At least 18 years of age by the general election
  • A resident of the

Test proctoring is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. by appointment only. Please provide at least one week's notice.
