24/7 Hold Pickup Lockers

42

Picking up your requested items just got easier with three convenient pick-up locations. The 24/7 Hold Pickup Lockers at the library, Camelot Park  and Heritage Park provide access to library holds at any time of day, any day of the week.

The lockers were generously funded by Gallagher Insurance through a donation to the Arlington Heights Memorial Library Foundation.

Placing Holds

How do the lockers work?

  1. When placing a hold on an item on the library’s website, choose one of the locker options as the location for your item pick up. Choose one of the ADA locker options for an accessible locker pick-up experience.
  2. When your item is ready, you will be notified via email to come pick up your item.
  3. Pick up your item at the selected locker location within three days of notification. You will need to scan your library card or input your library card number to pick up your item at the locker.
