Important details about Online Library Card Registration
  • Online library cards are temporary and of limited use until you verify your residence in incorporated Arlington Heights. Please select the “Verify your address” option in the sign-up form below or visit the library Checkout Desk with proof of residence within 90 days to verify your residence.
  • An unverified online library card can be used for 90-day access to most of our eBook, eMagazine and streaming services.* *Remote access to the majority of our databases, online learning services, and all other library materials and services requires account verification.
  • Once you have verified your Arlington Heights residence, you will have full access to the library’s materials and services.
  • You may access your new library card barcode number via the My Account page on your mobile device or request a physical card at any time by contacting us at ahml.info.

All fields are required, with the exception of Middle Name.
