Event Description

Chinese food is set up in a combination of soup, eggroll, stir fry and fried rice. If you wince at seeing whole fish or shrimp served with heads on, rest assured that the heads aren't attached to upset your appetite. Yvonne Wolf will help you gain a new perspective on the Chinese dining experience, whether it is sit-down or take-out.

Yvonne Wolf, MA, makes Chinese and East Asian cultures relatable and understandable. Taiwan-born, educated in the US and Europe, Yvonne is trilingual (English/ Mandarin-Chinese/ Danish) and studied Japanese, Spanish, and Greek. She brings a global perspective to the Chinese arts. Yvonne's thoughtful consideration serves to enrich her entertaining presentations.
