Event Description

Session 4 of 6: Breastfeeding 101

Join local certified childbirth educator and professional doula, Tia Wente, for a discussion about having a better breastfeeding experience. Learn about the many positions for breastfeeding, why the "golden hour" is so important, and why breastfeeding is sometimes a challenge. We will also cover pumping and storing breastmilk, as well as, where to reach out in our community when you're having difficulties. This is a great program for first-time moms, experienced moms wanting a refresher and pumping moms. Friendly discussion and Q & A encouraged!

Register each month for any sessions that you'd like to attend.
