Illinois Telecommunications Access Corporation (ITAC) provides free assistive telecommunications equipment on a loan and voucher basis for qualifying Illinois residents who are certified as permanently Deaf, Deaf-Blind, Speech disabled or Hard-of-Hearing, as well as training on its use. Staff from the local ITAC selection center will be onsite to provide information and get you connected to all the resources they have to offer. Drop-in to meet them.
