Learn to ferment vegetables from the comfort of your kitchen with cookbook author and food blogger Emily Paster! In this virtual class, Emily will demonstrate how to make fermented vegetable pickles and sauerkraut using common pantry ingredients and basic kitchen tools with no special equipment required. Emily will answer all your questions and give you the confidence you need to add this healthy practice to your regular culinary repertoire.
