Event Description

Join us to make a healthy and tasty afternoon snack--no bake granola bars.This event will be streamed on YouTube.

Be sure to have your ingredients and supplies ready so you can follow along with us. You will need:

  • 8 x 8 baking pan or something of a similar size
  • Parchment paper
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Large mixing bowl
  • 1 1/3 Cup Old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 Cup Nut butter of your choice (or sunflower butter if you have a nut allergy)
  • 2/3 Cup Flax seed (or any other seed or nut)
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or apricots
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
