Event Description
Join us to make a healthy and tasty afternoon snack--no bake granola bars.This event will be streamed on YouTube.
Be sure to have your ingredients and supplies ready so you can follow along with us. You will need:
- 8 x 8 baking pan or something of a similar size
- Parchment paper
- Plastic Wrap
- Spatula
- Measuring cups
- Large mixing bowl
- 1 1/3 Cup Old fashioned oats
- 3/4 Cup Nut butter of your choice (or sunflower butter if you have a nut allergy)
- 2/3 Cup Flax seed (or any other seed or nut)
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or apricots
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
