Join Chef Brian as he stirs up his favorite dish to cook - risotto! Specifically, mushroom risotto, a cozy, savory, vegetarian-friendly treat. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from December 2 at 9 a.m. to December 3 at 9 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on December 3.
