Free adult classes for reading, writing and individual tutoring by trained volunteers.

To attend classes this term, new students must take a placement test on this day, in person, at 9:30 a.m. Returning students from Fall 2025 do not need to re-take the placement test. 

Pre-register online via District 214's website and attend this placement test session for Fall 2026 Read to Learn. Their registration should open in December 2025; please see the linked website for more information or contact the ESL & Literacy Services Office.
