Event Description

Mezze is a selection of small dishes served as appetizers in Eastern Mediterranean cuisines. Similar to Spanish Tapas and Italian antipasti, mezze can be served as a part of a multi-course meal or form a meal itself. Emily Paster will share recipes for her favorite mezze. She’ll demo some, attendees will cook some, and everyone will have a chance to take home a sample.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+. Register any time from April 2 at 9 a.m. to April 3 at 9 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on April 3.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To request an accommodation, please call 847.392.0100, text 847.665.1491 or email us at accessibility@ahml.info
