Meet our One Book, One Village author Lisa Genova. Lisa will talk about her work and answer questions from the audience. Copies of her books, including Every Note Played will be available for sale and a signing will follow the presentation. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Acclaimed as the Oliver Sacks of fiction and the Michael Crichton of brain science, Genova has captured a special place in contemporary fiction, writing stories that are equally inspired by neuroscience and the human spirit. Other novels include Left Neglected, Love Anthony, Inside the O'Briens and Still Alice, which was adapted into a film starring Julianne Moore, earning the actress the 2015 Best Actress Oscar for her role as Alice Howland. Genova has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show, The Today Show, CNN, PBS NewsHour and NPR to speak about brain health and neurological diseases.
