NEW! June culinary program attendees will be selected through a lottery system. Register any time from June 2 at 9:00 a.m. to June 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Summer Galettes. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on June 3.

Join us in the Makerplace Kitchen with chef Jen Paleracio from Lean Bellas Kitchen for some sweet and savory baking. During this hands-on class, we will learn how to make the perfect crust along with savory tomato pesto filling and sweet strawberry cheesecake filling.

As a Community Education Culinary Instructor, Jen Paleracio's passion is making everyday cooking flavorful, simple, and with no artificial ingredients. Raised by her grandparents, Jen experimented early with garden-to-table ingredients and firmly believes that cooking is a skill that we cultivate, pay attention to, and willingly give our time to satisfy our palate. It's an appreciation for taste and flavor.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.
