Event Description

Chef Terry Park of Ttowa Korean Bistro joins us to share his recipe for kimchi. A staple food in Korean cuisine, this delicious, traditional side dish consists of salted, fermented vegetables and seasoning. At Ttowa, every meal begins with kimchi served as part of banchan, a collection of small side dishes served alongside Korean cuisine. Learn how to make and use kimchi in your cooking.

Chef Terry Park came up in the world of food, both of his parents working as chefs. He is the welcoming face at Ttowa Korean Bistro, where traditional Korean flavors enjoy a modern twist. Ttowa strives to educate its customers while providing a comfortable dining experience.
