Event Description

These one pot shot recipes are perfect for those cold January nights. Join Chef Grace of Arlington Heights' own Scratchboard kitchen as we elevate your weeknight meals with one of these soups or stews.

Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA where she attended the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program. Upon graduation, she accepted a position at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and was quickly promoted to Sous Chef. She then worked at The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. We are excited to bring her experience and passion for farm to table to the Makerplace kitchen.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.

This program has been moved to Zoom.

Chef Grace will be joining the class live and you are invited to cook along, ask questions, and learn some new recipes. Or, sit back, enjoy and try the recipes at a later date. All registrants will receive the link to join this virtual cooking class and the recipes by email.
