Event Description

Enjoy coffee samples while we learn about and compare coffees from each of the three major coffee-growing regions. We'll discuss the differences between the regions and use food samples to help identify those differences. We'll also discuss a bit of coffee history, brewing methods, grinds, and more.

Nicole Zimmermann has worked in public relations and graphic design since college, including nine years with Starbucks as a trainer and project manager, and a year teaching English in Japan. Nicole currently works for the Reaching Across Illinois Library System as their Marketing and PR Specialist.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
