Join us as we take a mindful walk with Marie Zubinski, educator of native habitats, wild edible plants, and bioregional herbalism as she has been leading Forest Bathing for over four years. She will dive into the importance of these moments as well as discuss the history, medical research, health benefits, positive immunology and stress response, psycho emotional spiritual effects.

Wear clothes and shoes for walking on an unpaved and paved path as this program does include walking.
Rain date will be Saturday, October 16 at the same time and place.

This program is presented as part of One Book, One Village.
