Event Description

Ving Tsun (pronounced Wing Chun) is an ancient Chinese martial art that was designed in times of war as a powerful military technology. We practice it in modern times to defend ourselves in the streets, as well as explore our own economy of motion, and to develop more profound relaxation. This martial art form also boosts the immune system as well as keeps you active while still at home. Guardians and children are welcome to practice together in this online session. Join Sifu Cyrus of Northside Kung Fu in Chicago. Please only sign up one member of the family.

Must register to participate in this live program, which will be held on Zoom. You will receive instructions on how to join by email. If this is your first time using Zoom, check out our guide: https://www.ahml.info/zoom
