Ever wonder how to make those tender hollow little cream puff shells? Join Chef Andrea Pracht, of My Kitchen Clatter, and learn how to make a Pâte à Choux (pronounced pot-a-shoo) dough and pastry cream to fill them. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+. Register any time from February 2 at 9 a.m. to February 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email within two business days.
