“Talk and Taste” is a unique, monthly, drop-in style gathering in the Makerplace kitchen. Food enthusiasts can freely engage with our own Chef Brian and ask their burning culinary questions. This month, Chef Brian will be conducting a tasting and comparison of various apple types. What's the best apple to bake with? What's the best for snacking? Is Red Delicious both or neither? Drop in to find out.
