Join Chef Jessica Pamonicutt of Ketapanen Kitchen as she teaches about the native history of the Great Lakes region. Every ingredient tells a story as she leads a demonstration of how to make stew. Participants will receive samples of the dish and go home with a recipe to try on their own. Open ended discussion, audience-led.
