Event Description

Wow your friends and family with fresh pasta! Join Chef Grace Goudie of Scratchboard Kitchen and learn how to make delicious pasta from scratch.  

Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA where she attended the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program. Upon graduation, she accepted a position at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and was quickly promoted to Sous Chef. She then worked at The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from 9 a.m. 3/2/24 to 8:59 a.m. 3/3/24 at to join the lottery for a chance to attend Teen Culinary. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified 3/3/24. The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
