Event Description

Chef Grace Goudie of Scratchboard Kitchen returns to share her recipe for gnocchi. Join this hands-on class where she will teach participants to make gnocchi from scratch and turn it into a delicious Spring dish. .

Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen and a "Chopped" champ. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. Since our opening in 2021, Chef Grace has been a regular instructor in our Makerplace Kitchen, sharing the secrets to her signature composed, but not complicated cooking.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Join the lottery from 9 a.m. May 2 to 08:59 a.m. May 3 for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email May 3.
