Learn the ins-and-outs of cookie decorating with chef Jen Paleracio from Lean Bellas Kitchen. We will make royal icing and the walk through decorating some cookies! At the end of this hands-on class you will take home decorated cookies and new techniques to wow your family and friends.

As a Community Education Culinary Instructor, Jen Paleracio's passion is making everyday cooking flavorful, simple, and with no artificial ingredients. Raised by her grandparents, Jen experimented early with garden-to-table ingredients and firmly believes that cooking is a skill that we cultivate, pay attention to, and willingly give our time to satisfy our palate. It's an appreciation for taste and flavor.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from December 2 at 9 a.m. to December 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on December 3.
