Guten Appetite! Join Andrea of My Kitchen Clatter to learn how to make homemade soft pretzels from scratch. This class might be about as close as you can get to Bavaria without leaving Arlington Heights. We will start with making the yeast dough and then we will shape, boil and bake the pretzels. By the end of class, you will have the hands on skills to make these amazing pretzels any time your heart desires. Recipe will be included with registration. 

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.
