Sing, dance, and strike a yoga pose during this special interactive kids storytime yoga class focused on movement and mindfulness. Join Hop Along Yogi Kids yoga as we sing our way through sun salutations and bring a story to life while learning foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques that strengthen both bodies and minds. Class is geared toward preschool aged kids (18-months to 5 years old). Family participation encouraged, no yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat, towel, or blanket to practice on.
