FRY BREAD: A Native American Family Story written by Kevin Noble Maillard, illustrated by Juan Martinez-Neal 

This program is presented as part of One Book, One Village.

Winner of the 2020 Robert F. Sibert Informational Book Medal 
A 2020 American Indian Youth Literature Picture Book Honor Winner 

Fry Bread is a picture book told in lively and powerful verse depicting a modern Native American family, with illustrations by Pura Belpre Award winner and Caldecott Honoree Juana Martinez-Neal.

Join us to discuss the book and complete an activity.  For kids in 1st- 3rd grade with an adult. Pick up a copy of the book at the Kids' World Desk.
