Event Description

Explore molecular diffusion, solubility and air resistance using Peeps! Then make some edible Peeps slime. This event will be streamed on YouTube. See this Wakelet for experiment instructions and more info.

Be sure to have your supplies ready so you can follow along with us. You will need:

  • 12 or more Peeps (of multiple colors if possible)
  • white plate (not paper)
  • 3 clear cups
  • water
  • oil (vegetable, olive, or canola)
  • white vinegar
  • Piece of tissue paper or a plastic grocery bag
  • string or yarn
  • scissors
  • tape
  • ruler
  • corn starch
  • microwavable bowl
  • spatula

Don't worry if you don't have Peeps. You can still try some of the experiments without them.
