Event Description
Join art historian Jeff Mishur as he examines the career of Marc Chagall, one of the world's most beloved artists. Learn about Chagall's distinctive style and major themes. Mishur presents important paintings and projects Chagall completed including Chicago favorites -- the Four Seasons Mosaic and the America Windows.
Mishur holds an M.A. in art history and has taught at the university level for more than twenty years. He is co-owner of Art Excursions, a company that provides private guiding in Chicago; lectures; and boutique art and culture tours in the United States.
This program is presented as part of Chagall for Children.
