Erica Reckamp is an Executive Resume Writer and Job Search Advisor who runs two firms dedicated to career transitions — Job Search Like a Pro for early career pros through senior leaders and the Captivators for those targeting Exec, C-Suite, and Board roles. She also serves as a Board Member for Job Search AI startups, including Yoodli (interview prep and public speaking) and JobRightAI (job board and integrated coaching).
