Event Description

The classical chef Auguste Escoffier claimed that there were 101 different methods for preparing eggs. Join the Makerplace's own Chef Brian as we delve into some of the many preparations and uses for eggs in the kitchen.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from April 2 at 9 a.m. to April 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on April 3.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
