Event Description

Chef Dave Esau of Dave’s Specialty Foods presents a cooking class featuring an awesome Spring breakfast. Dave brings his 45 years of cooking and teaching experience in the finest French restaurants including 24 years of owning his cooking school and catering kitchen. This interactive class of demonstration and hands-on cooking will feature the following recipes Poached eggs with fresh herb hollandaise and roasted tomatoes, the best buttermilk pancakes with lemon and blueberries, and crumble-topped zucchini bread. Proper techniques and prep skills to make you more confident in the kitchen will be featured and Dave never disappoints with a fun class!

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and Arlington Heights cardholders. Register any time from noon March 2 to March 3 at 11:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on March 3.
