Event Description

Join us for a fun and educational program celebrating two incredible botanists: George Washington Carver and Charles S. Parker. Then create your very own terrarium — a mini garden you can take home!  This hands-on program is perfect for 2nd and 3rd graders who love nature and creativity. Together, we'll learn about the power of plants and invention, while making something amazing to nurture at home. Presented as part of Black History Month.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To request an accommodation, please call 847.392.0100, text 847.665.1491 or email us at accessibility@ahml.info
