Demystify the art of sauce making with Chef Brian. He will guide you through essential techniques such as roux mastery, reduction finesse, and emulsification wizardry and you’ll learn to make three classic and newer sauces to pair with your favorite meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and Arlington Heights cardholders. Register any time from March 2 at 12 p.m. to March 3 at 11:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified March 3.
