When submitting your resume online, it may be screened by an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This software ranks your resume according to keywords. Studies indicate that up to 75 percent of qualified job seekers may be overlooked because their resume did not follow ATS rules. Local expert Denis Curtin will offer recommendations for making your resume ATS friendly and selecting the best words to describe your background. Closed-captioning will be available for this program.
