If you read The Kamogawa Food Detectives and want to create and taste one of the featured dishes, or if you are looking to add a new dish to your weekly dinner-time lineup, please join us in the Makerplace Kitchen with local home chef, May Wakikata, to learn about and cook Tonkatsu, a breaded pork dish.
Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from Dec. 2 at 9 a.m. to Dec. 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Tonkatsu, a Kamogawa Food Detectives Companion Program. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on December 3.
The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
