“Talk and Taste” is a unique, monthly, drop-in style gathering in the Makerplace kitchen. Food enthusiasts can freely engage with our own Chef Brian and ask their burning culinary questions. This month, Chef Brian will be talking about replacements and substitutions - how to modify recipes to make them without certain allergens (like eggs and gluten) or if you're out of an essential ingredient.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
