This can be a very empowering conversation for yourself and your loved ones. Understanding its importance, knowing your options, and being directed to resources can be the first step in this often-avoided but critical topic. She will review the full spectrum of end-of-life care options, including medical aid in dying and where it is authorized. Free resources will be available.
