Chef Grace Goudie of Scratchboard Kitchen returns to share her recipe for Spring Cacio e Pepe, a fun and fresh twist on a classic dish. Chef Grace will teach attendees how to make this dish using pink peppercorns, lemon, and asparagus to bring this classic dish to another level. Join this hands-on class where she brings her signature composed, but not complicated approach to this delicious, savory dish.
Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen and a "Chopped" champ. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. Since our opening in 2021, Chef Grace has been a regular instructor in our Makerplace Kitchen, sharing the secrets to her signature composed, but not complicated cooking.
