Its berry season in the Midwest! And the best part is that berries can be enjoyed all year long by preserving. Join Andrea Pracht of My Kitchen Clatter to learn about low-sugar preserves, water bath canning, and much more in this hands-on jam making class. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from June 2 at 9 a.m. to June 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Spring Jam Session. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on June 3.
