Join recent "Chopped" champ, Chef Grace Goudie of Scratchboard Kitchen, for a culinary treat of her choice. This hands-on class promises a peek into Chef Grace's signature composed, but not complicated cooking.

Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Join the lottery from 9 a.m. March 2 to 8:59 a.m. March 3 for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified March 3.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
