NOTES

When her parents died, Hope was hurled into a world of fear, mystery and evil. She had only known the love and care of two wonderful parents, but with their passing all that was lovely in Hope's life vaporised in a moment. She was adopted by two people who set out to shatter her in every way possible. As the years rolled on Hope's experiences in a cult were beyond imagining, beyond believable and beyond hope. She lived in constant fear and subjugation, conditioned to become a version of her true self. There was no way out of this life until an angel suddenly materialised bringing hope and answers to the many questions locked in her heart. Hope had lost all trust in humans, in God, and herself, so how could she trust this angel from heaven? And why did he appear now? It was too late for her anyway and there was too much damage to undo. Her fate was sealed long ago and there was no changing that, or so she believed. When her very existence was threatened, the angel Nathaniel is an answer to a prayer uttered in a moment of desperation. With the help of an old school friend and Nathaniel, she escapes from the cult but soon realises that freedom doesn't come so easily. Hope finds herself on an unexpected journey of discovering her true self, salvation and trust in a God she had rejected long ago while her life is threatened daily by people intent on destroying her
