his book collected the works American Environmental Energy, Inc. (symbol: AEEI) did in renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy storage, low-carbon emission, EV, green financing, Green Index, and environmental protection and development during the last four years. Most part of the works is the R&D results completed by the author. Chapter 1 (Low Carbon Planning: Concepts and Classification) defined Environmental Planning, Low Carbon Planning, Renewable Energy Planning, The Integration of Cultural Planning and Environmental Planning, and Carbon Footprint Planning; Chapter 2 (Environmental Survey) was contributed by Zizhao Yu, AEEI's Member of the BOD, film director, and the CEO of AEEI Film Department; Chapter 3 (The Planning of the Application of Ocean Renewable Energy and Recreation), Chapter 4 (Planning of Renewable Energy Supply for an Island), and Chapter 5 (Environmental Protection Planning for Ocean States) are proposals initiated by the author; Chapter 6 (Renewable Energy Retrofit and Financing) was edited based on the cases posted on www.thinkboxgroup.com. The publication of the cases got the approval of ThinkBox Group LLC., whose founders Deron F. Costas and Paul Orentas lead a successful green financing business; Chapter 7 (Renewable energy and low-carbon building planning) and Chapter 8 (Niagara Falls Hotel Planning and the Secondary Planning of the Turtle Site Property) published the conceptual plannings proposed by the author; Chapter 9 (The Planning of AEEI Electric Bus, Electric School Bus, Electric Shuttle Bus, and Electric Intercity Bus) posted AEEI's electric bus plan outline, Jeff Guo, General Manager of AEEI Investment Department contributed the section "Market Sizing, Growth Drivers, Industry Potential, and Key Players"; Chapter 10 (Businesses and the Utility of Environment) sets the foundation of green industrial classification; Chapter 10 and Chapter 11 (Green Index Research) is a pioneering work in green financial product development that updates the criteria of judging the value of a public company; the Appendix consists of 1.
