NOTES
Many companies have mediocre employees who have somehow managed to keep their jobs despite their poor performance. In many cases, those workers who are inefficient are protected by bosses with the same characteristics. The objective of this book is to see what the impact is that they cause in companies and how it affects their productivity. A survey is presented in which fundamental elements are identified about what employees of public and private companies think about said problem, and the way in which a solution can be provided. A series of typologies of subordinates and mediocre bosses who are part of companies are exposed, which in one way or another evidence such behaviors that must be modified for the benefit of organizations
