Awesome thrill rides and futuristic attractions are set for the new section of Galactic Fun Park, just in time for a summer of non-stop fun. Mr. Jenkins has overseen dozens of improvements during his years in the theme park. But as giant bulldozers mow down trees, he worries the new addition might add to his existing problems. The park's security wall is demolished on the first day of construction, allowing wild animals into the rule-bound park. Dead-end streets and overhead lights throw the feral animals into fight-or-flight mode. When the resident's brothers and sisters begin to disappear, an official investigation is launched. Finger-pointing and damming clues disrupt the delicate peace between the park's four sections. Evidence from the investigation, along with an eyewitness, incriminates a single resident who is a well-loved leader. Underpinning the upheaval is the announcement of Jenkins' retirement, leaving the residents' future within the park unsettled
