He stood in the office doorway and watched him log off his computer then swivel round on his office chair grinning broadly. She arrived at the elevator seconds before the door opened and saw a senior naval office come out. She gracefully guided him to his office where the door closed before a word was spoken. Once the door closed she check the receiver in her desk draw to confirm the light was set to the record mode, then she gently closed the draw and dashed off to the kitchen. A few minutes later she returned with the tea only to find him once again looking stressed while the stern faced the officer looked on clearly not happy with what was being said. She sensed they wanted her to leave so she placed the teacups on the desk and quickly left to wait patiently at her desk
