NOTES

I've written a quick read on all of the essential points of landscape photography, and enhanced it with 49 exquisite examples that nature shares with us. These fine art photographs can be studied and appreciated for their composition and striking beauty. Forty eight are in color as nature is in color, and the final is black and white. These are photographed in remote locations with views you may not normally encounter or expect. Going into nature is a necessity - it is like going home. I have chosen only the masterpieces to display in this book. Old Florida is quickly disappearing, but if you explore the right ancient paths and islands, you can rediscover it. This book is all about that discovery - and I'm also including sections to cover the most critical keys to understand about landscape photography as both an art and a science. Before each set of plates later in the book I also briefly discuss the photographs. These landscapes and seascapes challenge us and remind us of our place in the universe
