The thriving, international city of New Orleans is brimming with delicious food, unique music, and eccentric, sometimes backwards, culture. Exposure to such a rich, diverse environment pushed a young Jeffrey Pipes Guice to explore more. He would spend years in New York City and Washington D.C. and travel the world.
