A young man named Dan wakes up on a beach with no memory of how he got there. He soon discovers an empty city ravaged by a deadly virus and those infected attacking anything in their path. After befriending a small group of survivors it becomes clear that the army is hunting Dan down for the biological secret he carries inside him. The group is forced on a dangerous journey to freedom - and they must fight both the infected and the army from all sides to survive
